By creating an account, submitting a partner application, or otherwise using the AVIVIS platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

AVIVIS is a premium immersive travel discovery platform that enables users to explore verified properties in 3D before booking. The platform connects travellers with AVIVIS Verified Partner properties across nine category verticals. AVIVIS does not itself provide accommodation or travel services — it facilitates discovery and connects users with partner properties.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Properties wishing to join the AVIVIS Verified Partner Network must submit an application and meet AVIVIS quality and verification standards. Acceptance is at AVIVIS's sole discretion. Partner agreements are governed by separate Partner Terms provided upon acceptance. AVIVIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner status for breach of standards or these Terms.

All content on the AVIVIS platform — including the AVIVIS brand, logos, certification seals, 3D viewer technology, editorial content, and design — is owned by or licensed to Vanavision GmbH and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

• Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction from the platform.
• Submitting false or misleading information in any form.
• Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restricted areas.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonating AVIVIS, its staff, or any partner property.
• Interfering with the platform's operation or other users' access.

The AVIVIS platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Property information displayed on the platform is provided by partner properties — AVIVIS does not independently verify all details and accepts no liability for inaccuracies in partner-supplied content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vanavision GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
